Lexon Management vows that the safety of its people will always come first. Management will uphold its commitment to provide and maintain a safe and healthful work environment in accordance with federal and provincial legislative requirements, legislation directed at the construction industry and any other applicable governing declaration that applies.

All organizational activities will be done in accordance with Company safety requirements as they relate to planning, operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment and manpower. All employees will perform their jobs in compliance with legislation, established Company procedures and safe work practices.
